What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% no-quibble refund policy for items which are within 2 weeks of their delivery date.
Outside of this we will work with you – just contact us.
If any items arrive damaged due to courier we will replace free of charge.
How is my product shipped?
All of our products are shipped in secure packaging. To stop any breakages the larger items are shipped in the wood they are cut out from to prevent bending
What shipping methods are available?
Within UK and Europe all packages are dispatched via Royal Mail, UPS, or similar courier.
Outside Europe all packages are dispatched by your national postal carrier, DPD, UPS, or similar courier.
We offer expedited shipping on all products – please select this at checkout or contact us to arrange this if it does not appear.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we ship worldwide.
If you can’t ship to your country please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a quote for shipping.
How long will it take to dispatch my item?
All of our items are made to order 1 – 3 days from the order date.
We do hold a small number of items in stock but by and large all items are made to order to guarantee quality.
How long will it take to receive my item?
What about customs charges?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lasaris is not responsible for delays due to customs.

How do I make an order?
Simply add your required items to the cart and use the ‘checkout’ link to add your details.
You can then use our payment partner, Paypal, to checkout using your account or as a guest.
How do I make payment with a credit card?
You can pay via the Checkout page using our payment provider, Paypal.
This allows you to either pay with a credit card using the ‘Guest’ facility or to use your Paypal account.
